Import data Salesforce to SAC - Field format Issue

Hi Experts,

We are able to successfully create a connection between SAC and Salesforce, and also able to pull data from Salesforce reports. The total number of imported records is matching.

But the imported data seems to be in a different format/something like a backend field information as in the below screenshots.

Fig 1: Data in Salesforce report

Fig 2 : Data in the model after import to SAC

What can be the reason? Any specific settings change need to be performed in SAC or in Salesforce side?

mhofmaier At the Story level or in the Explore mode, convert your data from hierarchical presentation mode to flat presentation mode. let me know if that helps. thanks.

Is this issue resolved, we are facing similar issue?

In some cases, do not see any members for the measures. Only the column headers are displayed in the table without any data

Thank you Zeshan. But for Salesforce we already have a direct connection option available now in SAC. We may not need to go with the Open Connectors category. And we have tried to follow the steps as in the help document for 'Salesforce Acquired connection'
