Import Collection Dependency Issue

Hello Experts,

We have 3SL Public Cloud system. In Q system, I discarded a collection which shouldn't be transported to P system.

Then I merged it with another collection. When I try to transport my new collection to P system, it gives below issue.

But as I said, It's already discarded. Why still check discarded collection with dependencies.

Now, this issue blocks my all custom logic and custom fields to move P system.

I try to make hot fix to move single object but still gives new errors by depending this discarded collection.

How can I solve this?

We raised a ticket to SAP. Consultants fixed the problem and they said "There is a bug, we will fix it on next release".
