Impact on ESS/MSS apps ECC to S/4 Hana

Hi Experts

currently we are using SAP Netweaver Portal 7.5 which is integrated with different systems like SAP ECC, BW, CRM...etc.

As per the plan currently our client planning to migrate only the existing SAP ECC system to S/4 HANA latest version.

How will be effect Standard and custom ESS/MSS application from HCM module in S/4 Hana?, how can we achieve this standard and custom ESS/MSS application in S/4 Hana system.
