Image of type as Blob Field not displaying in CR Web Viewer particularly with OS Windows 11

Hi,

We have recently upgraded our machines to Windows 11 and observed that blob fields are showing blank in CR Web view (ASP.NET). When we inspect web page and check then there is no file not found error and same image is available at physical path but completely blank. refer -

Please help us to solve this issue asap. FYI - We are using SP37 of both SAP Crystal Reports for Microsoft Visual Studio & runtime engine for .NET Framework (32 bit).

Check permissions to that folder, Windows 11 changed a bunch of them. Use Fiddler to trace the steps when opening the page, it should show you when it's attemoting to access the folder

Don, could this be due to the 'MS Paint' issue?

It's possible maybe... check if Paint is installed on those PC's...

FYI - SP 38 was just released, it fixed a lot of viewer issues, see if that resolves your issues
