Image Logo Not Changed

Hello everyone,

I have uploaded a logo to SAP, using transaction SMW0 and SM30.

Logo uploaded and run completed.

Now I want to Change this logo, but when I do the same steps does not change the picture.
What its going wrong ?
I tryed to make new request and new Object in smw0 but the result it's the same --> Logo disappaears and when i put the old Object with old Logo appears again.
Can someone to help me ?

Hello, Have you finding any solution? When I upload the picture, it will display other pictures randomly. There are three pictures, but they are not the right picture. After changing three times, it will not be changed anymore, then I need to delete the object and it will repeat.
