We don't want to store images in SAC stories. Instead consume them via live connection from source (ABAP CDS views).
In S/4 HANA we have ABAP CDS views that expose data in tables like STXBITMAPS . In S/4 se78 renders the image using underlying standard SAP code.
But if images are exposed via CDS view LIVE data connection to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) as
- hexadecimal or similar datatype that se78 needs to render image, does SAP Analytics Cloud have a similar functionality to render image from such data.
- If S/4 tables stores images under datatype BLOB, will images render in SAC?
Does SAC have capability to consume .jpg file LIVE (i.e not storing in SAC)?
