IGS and chinese word

      Now we used Bex web analyzer open the query,And select the chart display,but at the chart foot have '<area shape= rect...',example follow

Dear Bill,

For displaying the Chinese charaters, firstly you need to make sure that you had applied IGS patch in  note 1028690.

Then make sure that you rename and configure the xmlchart and gfwchart configuration files.
About the renaming of the files is described in note 873804.

The configuration files are described in notes 531668 and 596825.

It is important that the font you are specifying contains the desired characters that are missing in the chart. These changes are visible after a restart of the system (which includes an IGS restart).
