If there any documents about S/4HANA Material Master Data model(with table/fields lists)?

Dear experts, I found a note 382318 - MDG-M: Supported fields in Data Model MM, but which is released On: 16.11.2023 without update after that. Customer inquire that if there any documents to introduce the Material Master Data Data Model with fields list in each ERP version, such as ECC 6 and S/4 2023, then they can compare easily.

I checked the Readiness Check Report, seems there no such table level delta report, have you any idea how can compare?

The note 382318 - FAQ | Function module RFC_READ_TABLE is about the RFC_READ_TABLE function not about MM data model.

The official S/4HANA data model is available as Virtual Data Model and CDS Views in SAP S/4HANA. Material master data is represented with CDS Views for Product Master

Many thanks Dominik, seems it is about Virtual Data Model of CDS view, in this case, customer want to check the data dictionary level table with field list.

As far as I know there is no official documentation on the data model on DB tables level. That is the idea of the virtual data model - to abstract from DB technicalities and provide customers with something more semantically oriented.
