IDOCs failing in SAP system : IDoc: XXX Status: Error passing data to port | Problem with SOAP class

Hello Experts,

We have numerous IDOC-based scenarios between SAP and SAP Integration Suite.

We have recently noticed that a few IDocs fail in the SAP system with the message:

Status Text: IDoc: <Idoc number> Status: Error passing data to port

T100 Text: Problem with SOAP class

In SRT_LOG, there are entries as follows: 

• The SOAP IDoc application could not be started successfully.
• The problem occurred in the method call: execute_processing
• 1007:SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP Code 404 : Not Found")

SRT_LOG (Original XML Error)

There are other successful IDocs being sent at the same time to the SAP IS interface. This seems to me like a temporary connectivity issue between SAP and SAP IS, but I need your expert advice on how it can be identified and fixed to avoid such issues.

Hello Sriram, thanks for the details. The error is not linked to Partner profile. Just updated the question with additional screenshot. Hope that brings clarity.
