Hello dear community,

I have the following problem and it is very urgent.

I want to send an IDoc to the Ariba network via CIG, but it gets stuck in the CIG with the following error message (see attachment).

How exactly do I have to change the IDoc or is there a special solution?

If necessary, what information do you need from me in order to be able to offer a possible solution?

best regards
Julien

Did you check the exit that we highlighted?

I am not seeing Ariba segments in your IDOC, check my image.. you must have such segments.

Thanks for help. Now there is another error message. document-validator.png; cig-errormessage.png

Why he says unknown system id?

Best Regards

Either:

*you have not maintained that systemID on the Basic data details (less likely)

*you have no connection created and assigned to a integration project

*your active project is on in "In testing" status

"Invalid From Credential" error is generally due to a mismatch between the System ID maintained in the Ariba Buyer network configuration & System ID value sent in the target OrderRequest cXML (path given below).

<Header>

<From>

<Credential domain="SystemID">

<Identity>XXXXX</Identity>

</Credential>

You can either use the Custom Routing functionality in CIG to convert the System ID value to the one existing in your Ariba Buyer Network (or) create a System ID in Ariba Buyer Network with value SH4CLNT100 (in your case).

Hello guys, thanks for your comments. We have defined roles at PB General and both vendor, each with a standard address. What is still missing here?

exit MM06E001 is the first thing to check..

You may also check if the supplier himself has all the details related to address populated in the vendor master.

If supplier has no values for some address related fields, these all appear as such in IDOC and subsequently in cxml causing the error

Hi Julien,

Is this is your first Order to AN?

Have you implemented the enhancements for orders using the exit MM06E001 as explained in the guide?
