IAS activation email resend after expired

Hi Everyone,

Wanted to ask if anyone has encountered this before.  Our client when they first went live with SF received emails from IAS to activate their accounts.  However the client has reported that they have users who did not action this and the activation emails no longer work now.

The question is is there a way for the IAS admin to be able to check which users need to have the activation email resent?  Is there a report that can be ran on this for SF? Or do we need HR to inform us the list of users and resend the activation email based on that list?

Hi

You can check if mails were verified using "Export Users" functionality and check based on the attribute:

urn:ietf:params:scim:schemas:extension:sap:2.0:User:mailVerified

FALSE means that the user hasn't verified the account. I'm not sure if you have a simply way via the UI to mass send activations emails. By the way i'm not sure what's the specific scenario but I'd try to use a custom IDP to redirect the users for authentication instead of IAS.
