It sounds like you're talking about the forum itself, rather than SQL Anywhere. If I've misunderstood, please ignore this answer.
While logged in, click on your name at the top of the page. Then click "User tools" and "authentication settings". Then click "Add new provider" and go through the authentication procedure with the new provider.
