I want to export or save an invoice as an xml file.

Hi All, 

i want to save / export an invoice as an xml file.

I tried it via output management and store the file in the archive System with data type xml. But it is still show in PDF. 

i also try to use EDOC_COCKPIT (eDocument). All customizings are done. But no edocument is created, when i create a invoice via FV01. I also not sure, if i need there a licence for that. 

It is my first time to be here in the community. 

It would be pleasure, if someone could have any nice Inputs here.

Hi Stefan 

You don't need a license for EDOC_COCKPIT you can use the trial version for free.

With the free version, you can create an invoice and display XML but can not send it.

If you cannot view the invoice in the cockpit, there is a high probability that there is a deficiency somewhere in the configuration steps that you have overlooked.
