I want to connect SAC to my on premise SAP HANA database, I have filled all the necessary details but still not connecting it is showing error . Please help if any one knows any solution

It would help if you share what connection method you use (https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_ANALYTICS_CLOUD/00f68c2e08b941f081002fd3691d86a7/cc03773d7f554c4ebc9e2...) and what error message you are getting.
