Hello Ketevani,

Please give more information which API you are trying and what operation you are trying to perform.

If its net new Create action ( POST operation ) where data is not yet available ( I am taking ToDo as api reference ) you dont have to pass this as system automatically creates it .In case you are updating the API then if its still mandatory before sending patch or upsert action you need to enrich with existing data where you can get system created FormID.

Is it possible to query the latest performance record? it means that the formcontentid is the latest/max. How to filter it?
