I have problems installing trial in Netweaver 7.03 domain

good morning,

I have problems installing trial in Netweaver 7.03 domain. saptranshost properly configured. I also include virtual machines on Windows 2008 domain. And granted permission domain_admin administrator. but it fails in the first step of installing netweaver trial in domain. Someone could help me? I need to set the TMS.
