I cant create new instances in trial account

Hello,

I want to try out some features in the sap btp trial but unfortunately I cant create new instances (i.e. hana cloud trial, job scheduler trial).

All buttons are greyd out and are not clickable (see screenshot).

In the hana cloud menu for example it says that I am not Space Developer, Manger or Auditor, but I have added my account to the space and am able to deploy from the BAS. not-clickable.pnghana-menu.png

Is there a fix to this problem or am I missing an important step?

Hi,

To create a database with trial account it's no possible use the option "Create instance". It's necessary goes to the space and then in the "SAP Hana Cloud" option.

Check if your user have the correct authorizations:

Hi,

It seems that you don't have the necessary entitlements configured in your subaccounts and you are trying to log in with an account that you do not own.

Check that when you log in to your trial account you are accessing the account you are the owner of it.

I only have one trial account, which I am the owner of. I also have configured the entitlements for hana cloud (see screenshot).

Am I missing something here? Or is there a way to check if the trial account is mine? 2021-10-25-08h12-04.png
