My SAP CAL appliance is with the status Active and I cannot connect to it ( SSH, RDP or SAP GUI)

Hi  Arsul,

Are your SSH, RDP and SAP GUI ports properly restricted?

For more information how to restrict your ports, please refer to our documentation. You could try at first to restrict to your own IP and retest the connectivity. If it works for you, the you could define an appropriate IP range if it is required in your case.
