I can't start API Portal BTP Trial: sap.apimgmt.ui.settings.trialHome could not be loaded

Hi,

When starting the API Portal in BTP trial I get the error from the title. I activated the capability in the Integration Suite and used the booster to assign the roles. Later, I also manually added all the roles I could find related to API management.

Any idea of what is going wrong?

I see this policy security error in Chrome:

I tried different browsers, PC/Mac, different trial accounts... All seem to have the same problem.

No, I couldn't. I think it's an issue from SAP, I saw another question with the same problem this week. I don't know if there is a way to create tickets for BTP Trial, otherwise I would report it.

Hello Karunaharn,

We have recently onboarded a new BTP instance wherein we activated the Integration Suite. We are getting the same error when trying to use the API Portal or create any artifacts.

Could you please share some light on what we could do?
