am using custom v2 service for btp mdk after that i am getting HTTP status from the back end is 508 error. checked the logs in that .error message is Failed to access backend with error Request failed with status code 508, please check your destination in SAP Mobile Services cockpit..

Are you able to load the application metadata in your Gateway using /sap/opu/odata/SAP/DEMO_MDK_SRV/CUSTSet/v2/$metadata?

Make sure that the metadata is loading in /IWFND/GW_CLIENT.

If everything is fine in the backend, I would re-review the destination and connection settings in the Mobile Services Cockpit.

it is a v2 service and metadata was loaded successfully using /N/IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE and checked the destination and connection but same error will come
