HTTP Status 500 - internal server errror SAP BO BI 4.3

Hi,

I have been trying for days to install SBOP BI Platform Servers 4.3 SP04 Patch 900 and then SAP DATA SERVICES 4.3 SP3 WINDOWS. After the platform installation SAP BO BI is running. After the installation Data Services,  I get a HTTP 500 error and only the CMC of Data Services works. If I start wdeploy to recreate, then I can call the CMC of SAP BO BI again, but I can no longer open the CMC of Data Services and get an HTTP status 404 - Not Found error.

I just can't get both to work. With 4.1 and 4.2 I never had problems installing and opening both. Does anyone know what to do?

Please refer to KBA 3197694 which reflects the compatible versions between SAP Data Services 4.3 and SAP Information Steward 4.3.

• The table reflects BIP/IPS 4.3 SP4 Patch 3-8 is compatible with DS 4.3 SP03 Patch 1 and above
• The table reflects BIP/IPS 4.3 SP4 Patch 0-2 compatible with DS 4.3 SP03 Patch 0.
• The table DOES NOT reflect any info on DS 4.3 SP03 Patch 0-3 compatibility with BIP/IPS 4.3 SP4 Patch 9.

This implies that BIP/IPS 4.3 SP4 Patch 9 is not compatible with SAP DATA SERVICES 4.3 SP3 Patch 0-3, hence the unexpected behavior. Hope the above answers your query.
