Get the below error while connecting from SAP CPI iflow to backend ERP via cloud connector.
HTTP response '502: Bad Gateway. Unable to open connection to backend system' http://wa2xxxx.xxx.com:8443/sap/bc/srt/idoc?sap-client=300
URL is 'reachable' in BTP cockpit.
It works in QA but does not work in PRD.
Thanks

HTTP 502 error
CIG has successfully reached your server, however, it has responded with an Error - HTTP 502 - The server, while acting as a gateway or proxy, received an invalid response from an inbound server that it accessed while attempting to fulfill the request
After Cloud Connector version 12.13.2 you will find issues related to the 502 error on CIG.
When checking the Cloud Connector logs, you can see following error:
com.sap.core.connectivity.protocol.http.handlers.HttpProtocolException: Invalid server certificate
This is happening due to new security improvements added by 12.13.2, wherein case there is any mismatch between the internal host configured in the CC and the ERP certificate, the error will be triggered.
Follow below KBA from BC-MID-SCC component that explains how to solve the issue:
Invalid server certificate error after cloud connector upgrade to 2.13.2
