We are experiencing a consistent 431 Request Header Fields Too Large error when accessing the SAP Build Work Zone (standard edition) Admin UI in our development subaccount.
The base domain returns 302 Found, redirecting to /sites
The 431 only happens when the browser sends a Cookie header (e.g., user session or SSO)
The backend CAP service is working and reachable via direct app URLs
The HTML5 application is deployed correctly via the Managed AppRouter
The issue persists across browsers and profiles, and also occurs in curl requests with cookies
