HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION does not refresh PA30 screen

Hello,

We are using FM HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION while updating IT0009 data to delimit SubType record through BADI.

Upon executing the record, PA30 does not reflect the change, however, if we go out of Employee Record, and renter employee, we can see the updated data in IT0009. Tried Commit and HR_INITIALIZE BUFFER, but it does not seem to work.

Any idea?

According to the SAP Note below, you should consider using a BAPI instead of this FM.

22093195 - Function Module HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION does not work as expected

Kindly advise if you have reviewed that option.
