how we can fetch first and last day of a given month by referring incoming payload

Hi All,

i hope you're doing well.

i have a requirement that from source we will get 3 letter of a month , by that we need make calucate first and last day of the month in the format yyyyMMdd . i have tried multiple way but no luck. can you please here.

source we will get in XML format.
