How to view your app in SAP BTP Cockpit Launchpad, (SAP Build Workzone)

I'm having trouble displaying my app correctly inside the launchpad (Sap Build Workzone) Basically I have my app that I can display and then it opens correctly when I enter the URL into the browser, so then I created a new app at the internally in the launchpad, in the content manager I entered the URL, but then going into JobCore and opening my app, unfortunately a screen appears that says "connection denied". So my problem is that I can view my app outside of the launchpad while placing it in the build workspace I can't see it. I'm posting some screenshots to help you understand better.
