How to view or access CPI Audit Logs?

Hi CPI/BTP Experts,

I am currently trying to access the CPI Audit Log but cannot let it appear under my subscriptions.

My friend was able to show me a sample screenshot below of what it looks like:

Are the sap notes correct or event relevant?

Let me know if I am looking at the correct notes, if not, let me know what the most relevant note is.
