how to use toggle button in each row?

please suggest a suitable control to design a table with line items, where each line item has two buttons. When I click on the Issue button, it should display a comment area (refer to the screenshot).

Not sure where you expect the comments to display. Also, what tooling / platofrm are you working with? Are you using the SAP BTP SDK for iOS for your UI development or somthing else?

I want comment in objecttable in each cell and comment should input of user . I am using sap btp sdk for android
