How to use SAPEVENT in Fiori Launchpad?

Hi All,

I have a question regarding the usage of SAPEVENT in the Fiori Launchpad.

I programmed an interface to another software. The interface offers a bunch of Java Script functions. So in order to use the interface, I created my own Java Script file as well as a HTML file, where I use the Java Script functions from the interface. The HTML file contains a form with a post method and an action "SAPEVENT:BUTTON_CLICK". The files are stored on a server and there is a https connection to the server. I call the html file in a CL_GUI_HTML_VIEWER container. If a button is clicked on the html the form with the SAP EVENT is submitted. The Button to call the HTML is in SAP Transaction VA01.

This works perfectly fine in the Business Client as well as in the SAP GUI. But it doesn't work, if I use the Sales Document Creation SAP GUI App in the Fiori Launchpad. Whenever I click on the button in my HTML control to trigger the SAPEVENT, the event is triggered but the form is not send to the SAP System. In the Browser Window the URL is replaced to "sapevent:BUTTON_CLICK".

In the console I get the following error message:

Hi Julia,

did you find a way to fix that problem using SAPEVENT in the Fiori UI? We currently have the same issue and are searching for a solution...
