How to use SAP Product Carbon Footprint Analytics (PCFA)

Hello,

in order to calculate Carbon in production and purchasing activities ,

I want to use Product Carbon Footprint Analytics (PCFA) in SAC,

SAP has introduced this product before.

Screenshots of the products at that time are as follows

CO2e Emissions Data Maintenance(SAP__C21_ANA_CO2EDATAMAINTENANCE)

Product Carbon Footprint Monitoring (SAP__C21_ANA_CO2EMONITORING)

But I have not seen any documentation on it.

Can anyone tell me where I can find this info?

To import your Business data ( plants, material etc) from SAP S4 Cloud or S4 On premise you can use the as shown below.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2108 and later

• Use the Import Data from SAP S/4HANA app to import master, cost estimate, and transactional activity data. See Using the Import Data from SAP S/4HANA Application.

SAP S/4HANA 2021 Feature Pack Stack 01 and later SAP S/4HANA Older than 2021

• Use the APIs published on SAP API Business Hub. Find an overview of the APIs and the guidance on the first steps in the documentation: APIs [BETA].

Other business system All versions

• Fill CSV files with your business data and use the Manage Data application to import this data. For more information, see Importing Data Through File Upload.

To establish a connection between SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP Product Footprint Management, follow the steps listed in this document: Setting Up Product Footprint Management (5IM)

To import LCA Data for emissions you can use the fiori App within PFM which uses a file template for upload.

For connection to SAP Analytics Cloud Odata connection is used to create Dashboard for Emission management.

Hi yiluzhang,

You can search here for the Product Footprint Management and see the possible data sources for the package. Also in the documentation of the package it suggest to use the Odata Service and Query: ProductFootprintsQuery to populate the models and bring in the data.

PFM is another product about calculating CO2 emissions.

I want to know the PCFA(SAP Product Carbon Footprint Analytics ) ,which is closer to the budget and scope we have formulated.

The requirement from my client is only to use SAC PFM , is it possible to input data without BTP PFM?
Or is it possible to directly connect from SAPS4HANA to SAC PFM?
