How to use Percentage function of the Grand Total when my dimension has break by subtotal.

Hi,

I have a table that shows sales measure by Region dimension and State dimension. I have used 'break' function to group all the states to its corresponding region to make it look neat.

I had also use a percentage([Sales]) function to calculate the proportion of sales for each State of the total sales in the Country. However, I notice webi automatically calculates the sales percentage for each State of the total sales in the Region instead of total sales in the Country when I use the 'break' function.

How do I tell webi that I want the percentage proportion of Grand Total and not Subtotal?

I managed to find a solution to this based on another post with a similar concept

I had used 'percentage ( [Sales]) in Block' and now it works.
