Hello Commmunity, is it possible to send notifications after filling in the Involved Parties item?
Product: Cloud ALM, Task
Request clarification before answering.
Hi, PeterVyboh,
You do not indicate 'what you are using' in Cloud ALM so based only on the tag CALM Task, I am guessing you are curious about Implementation side of Cloud ALM.
There is a KBA that discusses notifications for Cloud ALM Implementation applications.
3390449 - E-mail notifications for SAP Cloud ALM for Implementation applications
Hopefully, this will lead you to the answer you are hoping for.
Best regards,
Paula

Hello Peter,
in SAP Cloud ALM for Implementation notifications will be sent to the person 'Responsible' for the task (Defect / Requirement etc. belonging to task type).
If the person would like to get e-mail notifications, it has to be activated via 'Settings' for the particular object:
I hope it helps.

Hi Peter,
until today it was not possible to get notifications for 'Involved Parties'.
What you could do was to use actively the 'Involved Parties' in filter criteria, save the views and set them as default in 'Tasks' App.
However there is a fresh update from today! 🙂
