How can I move a email from Outlook Inbox folder to User's created Error folder on Same Outlook using Move Email Activity in SAP IRPA2.0 (Cloud Studio) ?

Hi Vishal Rathi,

Yes, Move email activity support only default folders.
Is there any other way to achieve this in SAP IRPA2.0 (Cloud Studio) ?

Dear ankit.cc.kumar ,

We use this regularly.

Check this 'Processed' folder in my inbox.
I created afolder 'Processed' in my 'Inbox':

If I set the folder in the 'move email' activity to 'Processed', it moves the email to the processed folder under my inbox.

Sometimes, especially when your outlook is set to another language, you have to set the folder to '<Inbox>/Processed'. Where inbox is the correct name of your inbox folder.

Hi Jonas Bert,

by using above blogs we can move the email to default outlook folders only.
but I need to move the email from Outlook Inbox folder to Error folder which is created by user on same outlook.
let me know any things on this one.
