How to use APIM to manage Rest API in On-Premise servers and protected with OAUTH2

Hi, APIM experts,

If customer has rest API deployed in on-premise servers and protected with OAUTH2, if they want to use APIM to manage the On-Premise Rest API. Is there any methods?

If we create api proxy with URL or Open API specification, we can’t use SAP Cloud Connector. If we use API provider, we can't use OATH2, and maybe there is no provider service for OP Rest API.
