How to update target table which has 3 columns but we only need to update which is not null or 0

I have a requirement where i only need to update target table based on not null or Zero, as we get every data some time 1 column with null and sometimes two columns with nulls in that case we only need to update columns which are not null or Zero. As my target is Salesforce we cant use Table comparison. Any help in applying the logic for only updated fields are greatly appreciated.
