How to update "sale organization" and "sale units" fields of the Lead Bo using absl script

I would like to implement the following feature by code (or anther any possible way):

when the owner of lead changes, the values of the "sale organization" and "sale units" field change to be the value of the owner's sale orgization and department.

However, the following problems exist when coding:

1. How to get the sales organization and Department of the employee through UUID of the employee

2. I learned from UI Designer of SAP cloud studio that the "sale unit" field of the lead Bo is binded by "Lead.SalesUnitParty.PartyUUID.content" field but the "Lead.SalesUnitParty.PartyUUID.content" field is readOnly. I can't change it in absl script.

3. the same problems happens at the "sale origanization" field of the lead Bo. it's binded by "Lead.SalesAndServiceBusinessArea.SalesOrganisationUUID.content" field and "Lead.SalesAndServiceBusinessArea.SalesOrganisationUUID.content" field is readonly too.

please help me to solve the problems mentioned before. A code demo or some Pseudo code is more better.
