how to trigger DBo2 alerts for sending alert via email

hi everybody

I am new in basis and I know that we can see alerts in DB02 . but I want to send the notifications of these alerts via email.

Is there a way in db02 to trigger the notification when the alerts generates?

Sorry, I am not familiar with RZ20, so I don't have every detailed info, but I am sure DB02 does not help us here.

Hi,

As James Zhang has mentioned, you can follow 176492 note for forwarding automatic email from RZ20. The Navigation in RZ20 and the details you can set as threshold for alert configuration are shown in screenshot below.
