How to transform table extracts from S/4HANA to a usable event log doc for Signavio purposes pls?

I am trying to analyse the P2P process and have extracted the relevant tables from S/4HANA system as csv files. Now I need to manually upload those tables into Signavio, but I understand those need to be in an event log format. Any guidance on how I can achieve this data transformation please?
