How to take backup and restore

Dear Experts ,

I am new in Sybase Database I am using Sybase SQL anywhere 12 dtabase under SAP BuinessObject I installed SQL anywhere client which also provide me Sybase Central Amin tool . My Question is

1. how to take online and offline backup ( proceture )
2. In sybase Central admin tool provide Tools ---> backup database and Create backup Image what is difference between them
3. how to check and enable archiveing ( in oracle )
4. what is the recovery proceture including applying redo logs
