How to submit or address improvement requests

Dear SAP

The sequence check of transaction /SDF/TRCHECK (report /SDF/CMO_TR_CHECK) lists all transports containing the same object that were released within a certain time period.

Sometimes we prevent transports from being moved to production and manually delete them from the import queue. In such cases, we are no longer interested in warnings or errors related to these specific transports.
We would therefore appreciate a "blacklist" functionality to exclude selected transports from the check.
How can we submit or address this improvement request?
