How to store GOS attachments on an external content repository

There is the "Services for object" menu where we can upload documents using the "Create attachment" service.
We would like to know where this data is being stored.
We require that is is stored on a content server or DMS.
Let us know how this can be configured.

If you would like to store the documents in an external content repository please read the following SAP Notes:

I would like to highlight the following information:
If the PC attachments are not to be stored in the SOFFCONT1 table,
you must assign a new category to the SOFFPHIO document class using transaction SKPR08 (for example ZSOFFPHIO).
Then use this newly created category (ZSOFFPHIO in this example) in transaction OACT and assign the external content server to this category.
