How to setup a SAS datastore in SAP BODS I tried searching and could not find any help.

need to move data from SAS to HANA

The first link talks about a DSN, not about "SAP Data Services", the SAP product. If that's what caused the confusion.

So you would use the first link to configure an ODBC driver of choice in SAS. And the second link describes the Hana ODBC driver settings. As a result the chain would be SAS -> ODBC -> Hana.

can you explain at high level steps or give any direction, please?

I did some research yesterday and someone suggested to setup it up as ODBC connection from SAS to BODS

see the below links. but I am looking for some direction or POC if anyone has implemented SAS to BODS then to HANA or should go directly from SAS to HANA
