how to set up Reference Date for Vendor Confirmation Monitoring Period in po confirmation

I have requirement that i need one more option reference date for vendor confirmation monitoring period.

Here 10 monitor is given which minus the ten days from monitoring date

I am want to reduce to 5 days so I don't have option 3

in the system option 1 and option 2 is there but I want to add option 3
