How to set up Manage Sales Order ( Live Process Project ) in SAP Build Process Automation

We are in the process of implementing the Manage Sales Order (Live Process Project) in SAP Build Process Automation, but we have a few queries regarding the configuration setup:

1. In the attached screenshot, we can see that the functionality is typically achieved using Workflow Management. However, the documentation mentions that this functionality can be achieved either by Workflow Management or Build Process Automation. Could you please provide the process flow steps for achieving this functionality using Build Process Automation?

2. In the Functionality Diagram, Event Mesh is part of Workflow. Since we are following Build Process Automation, do we need to set up Event Mesh, or is it already available within Build Process Automation? If it's available, where can we check this functionality? If it's not available, could you guide us on how and where to set it up?

3. For configuring Cloud Integration, please provide the Configuration Setup Guide and explain how it works in the context of SAP Build Process Automation.

4. Is it mandatory to configure an Email Destination in SAP BTP, or is it already preconfigured in the Build Process Automation project?

5. Is it mandatory to configure Workflow Destinations in SAP BTP for SAP Build Process Automation, or is this not required since we are only using Build Process Automation and not Workflow?

6. Is Process Visibility Service required in Build Process Automation? If so, how can we set it up, as the service is not available in BTP? 

7. Is configuring a Business Rules Destination required in Build Process Automation? If yes, could you please clarify the URL that needs to be provided? The Setup Guide mentions the URL part but doesn’t provide full details, so we would appreciate it if you could provide the complete URL format. 

could you please guide us on how to set up the necessary configurations .

Approval Workflow can be achieved with SAP Build Process Automation component. 

Reference Architecture for such scenarios are included in Discovery Center. 

Workflow Management was a former service that is now part of SAP Build Process Automation. 

The following setup is required to accomplish receiving events from S4 Public Cloud and process them as Workflow in SAP Build Process Automation. 

• Subscribe and configure SAP Build Process Autamation
• Subscribe and Configure Event Mesh
• Enable Events and the respective event object in S4 Public Cloud
• Configuration Destinations between each component. Between Event Mesh and S4 Public Cloud, the normal configuration can apply.
