How to Set up email notification to be sent to requisitioner when PO is approved in PO workflow

Can some one let me know if we can set up email notification to be sent to requisitioner when PO workflow is completed in PO Flexible workflow.

Hi Mohammed945, It may depent of your S4HANA version, in OnPremise in transaction SWDD_SCENARIO, has your workflow any entry in Outcomes

yes, this PO workflow is standard one which is WS00800238.

for Automatic Release of Purchase Order activity it has step purchase order released.

and it is s/4 hana private cloud edition 2022.

Please let me know if there is any option to achieve this.

Hi  Mohammed,

This workflow in this version, Private Cloud 2022, only send notifications to the initiator by default. I've enhanced the same workflow, On Premise 2021, to be able to send notifications to any role or user. But I had more flexibility, I had  access to the workflow scenario definition, TCODE SWDD_SCENARIO. In Private Cloud you don't have access to SAP GUI. When you are defining a new WF you don't see a Outcomes label, aren't you?

I am also having access to swdd_scenario and sap gui.defining new workflow you mean in mange workflow app?in swdd_scenario I see one step in outcome tab. Can I add step to send notification to other user when workflow is completed?
