How to set PDF "Initial View" settings when exporting from CR for VS 2010

When exporting to PDF from CR for VS 2010, is there a way to change the PDF's "Initial View" settings so that when a user opens the PDF, it uses:

Page Layout = Single Page Continuous

Zoom =  "Fit Width"

Not directly from the Crystal SDK.  Instead, you would have to export from your code and then find an add-on that would let you modify the PDF to set those properties outside of the Crystal SDK.

At least one of the 3rd-party Crystal Reports desktop schedulers provides that functionality.
