How to set a filter to display only specific member in the dropdown list in SAC Analityc Application

Dears,

I am trying to setup a specific filter to dispaly in the dropdown list I added in my Analityc Application.

As example, I bring the case in which a specific user (let's name it as "USER_X") is allow to see only two project. In the picture attached I want the USER_X assigned to the activity to be able to select only Project Sigma and Alfa from the dropdown list. As result only rows for Project Sigma or Alfa will be be displayed then into the report template.

How is it possible to do this?

In case there is no possibility to have only authorized members in the dropdown list I have this question: is there a way to avoid any input of values on attributes for the projects not assigned to the USER_X?
