How to send notification email to receiver in Flexible WF

Hi Guys

From here, How to Configure the Flexible Workflow for Purchase Requisitions | SAP Help Portal,

i did predelivery template copy of SWF_CRT_NOTIFY_RECIPIENTS for purchase requisition 

and setup flexible WF for purchase requisition. but i can trigger workflow but cannot get notification email. 

Who know which configuration i miss?

WorkFlow email come to Inbox of SAP.

To Get email from WorkFlow. You have to configure IMAP Email Configuration, then the Message will go out of SAP System. This is responsibility of SAP Basis Administrator.

Thanks. you mean even using flexible WF, I still need to config IMap? It cannot trigger Email on Fiori like Situation handler?

how and if public cloud can config IMAP?

In Public Cloud (HANA Server or Netweaver Server) or SAP Fiori is installed on HANA Server. (HANA Server or Netweaver Server)
