i want to have a report with users that received and read my system messages .

Could you clarify what mean "system message"? Just to be sure what you're talking about.

"system message" in "technology" can be anything...

So, you completed your question by saying it's about the system messages in ABAP (SM02). See the questions/answers about the table TEMSGU.

The system messages that i send from SM02 Transaction Code.
