How can I configure the File and SFTP channels to ensure the original file name remains unchanged during file transfer?

In the receiver SFTP channel try the following set up for the Adapter-Specific Message Attributes:

Use Adapter-Specific Message Attributes → Checked
Namespace → http://sap.com/xi/XI/System/File
Filename → Checked
Filename Attribute Name → FileName
